3. Hosting (Cloudflare Pages)

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the site, the following data is technically transmitted to Cloudflare's servers and stored in server logs for a limited time:

• IP address of the requesting device
• Date and time of access
• Requested URL
• Browser type and operating system (User Agent)

This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably). Cloudflare acts as a data processor under Art. 28 GDPR.

4. Processing of User Inputs (Google Gemini API)

When you use the PAIRL Playground, text you enter is transmitted to the Google Gemini API (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) for processing.

Important: Please do not enter personal, sensitive, or confidential information into the input field.

This transmission is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures) and your implied consent through active use of the feature. Google acts as a data processor.

5. Local Storage

To enforce the daily usage limit, this website stores a counter in your browser's localStorage. Only the number of requests made today and the current date are stored — no personal data whatsoever.

This data never leaves your device. It is stored locally in your browser and resets automatically each day.

You can delete this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data or cache.

6. No Further Third-Party Services

No additional third-party services are integrated. In particular, no analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Matomo), advertising services, or social media plugins are used.
